Plan For You: A Virtual Retreat

Gathering May 22 & 23, 2021

Plan For You is a virtual retreat that invites you to reconnect to the things that matter most to you.

If you’ve been longing to make room for a spiritual practice, a creative project, or even just a moment to hear yourself think, then this space is for you.

Join me for a virtual weekend event—a judgement-free zone where you will explore, practice and celebrate showing up for yourself alongside a group of like-minded women.

I know it has been hard to choose yourself this year.

Between work and virtual schooling, ordering the groceries and distracting yourself with just enough Netflix so you can fall asleep at night, you’ve lost touch with your dreams.

Perhaps you’ve replaced your hobbies with doomscrolling and tossed all of your self-care or just-for-you plans into the “maybe next year” bin.

Maybe you’re feeling how quickly time seems to be speeding by, but you don’t have the capacity to notice the memorable moments being made right in front of your eyes.

We’ve all had to adjust our priorities this year, but the truth is that the things that matter to you—the things that pique your curiosity, light up your imagination or awaken your spirit—still matter. In many ways, they matter more than ever.

What if you could set aside a few hours on one weekend to remember WHY these things matter and take meaningful steps toward making them real?

Plan For You was one of the best investments I’ve made all year. Cat has designed an engaging program that teaches you to prioritize the process of filling your own unique cup. Her supportive, creative methods truly offer something for everyone.

Plan For You: How It Works

Plan For You offers a space for you to ground yourself and reflect on what you need—and then to make a plan to follow through on what matters

Here’s what you can expect:

  • A lovingly curated selection of retreat materials (think teas, a candle, and a few surprise treats) snail-mailed to your door. We’ll use these items during our time together to connect our experiences on a tangible level, even though we’re far apart.

  • A beautiful printed workbook filled with thought-provoking prompts and creative activities that we will work through together during the retreat.

  • A Saturday morning Zoom gathering (10 a.m. - noon ET on May 22, find your local time). I’ll guide us in some centering exercises. We’ll take time to get to know one another, share our stories and experiment with our creativity in a judgement-free space. Then you will craft your own plan for deeply meaningful self-care, giving yourself the permission you need to rest, create or simply be.

  • Time for solo self-care. Think of it as a retreat-within-a-retreat! You’ll set aside a block of time to show up for yourself in whatever way you need most.

  • A Sunday morning closing celebration on Zoom (10-11 a.m. ET on May 23, find your local time). The group will reconvene to celebrate showing up for ourselves in this meaningful way! We'll wrap it all up with a closing ceremony.

  • After our retreat you'll step back into your life with more energy and a loving self-awareness. You'll have a greater capacity to navigate the weeks ahead and a loving plan to get back in touch with matters, whenever you need it.

Cost:

$90 per person (or $170 for a “double ticket” — bring a friend and save $5 each!)

2021 Plan For You Retreats

I’m hosting four Plan For You virtual retreats in 2021. If this one doesn’t work for you, then I hope you see you at a future one! (P.S.: Dates, times, prices and details are subject to change — join the interest list to stay up-to-date on all retreat info!)

Each retreat will be focused on a specific theme. And while the structure of the weekend will largely stay the same, our conversations, activities and materials may change to fit the focus.

I really enjoyed this retreat with Cat. She crafted a day that brought a sacredness through the screen and into our personal experience, allowing us to reflect and connect with ourselves and each other.

Hi, I’m Cat!

I help people get intentional with their ‘me time’ so they can focus on what really matters in life. I work with women, creatives, and anyone who feels a connection between themselves and the greater story of things.

I believe that taking care of your spiritual self is a beautiful way to remind yourself of your own innate belovedness.

In my own ‘me time,’ I enjoy all manner of fiber crafts (sewing, knitting, crochet, embroidery), cooking Chopped-style from whatever's in the fridge, brainstorming in my journal, and curling up with a good YA novel.

I created Plan For You for women to come together to honor their deep desires, to open their eyes to the tools they already have, and to have a great time learning to meet their needs in creative ways.

I’m excited to share the grounding power of retreat and ritual with you and to lead us all to a more calm, human place.

Frequently Asked Questions

What will we do during the retreat? How much time should I block off during the weekend?

Our Saturday morning gathering (10 a.m.- noon ET, find your local time) will begin with time to get to know one another, plus some guided centering, creative activities and opportunities to share stories. Then we’ll move into a time of reflection and planning, what I like to think of as the “choose-your-own-adventure” part because this is where you can shape your own experience. Put together, all of the activities we engage will help you to learn a little more about yourself and the tools you can call on to reconnect with what matters, whenever you need it.

During the rest of the day on Saturday you will move back into the regular rhythm of your life, but with the invitation to set aside some time for yourself before our final gathering. You’ll have a concrete and personalized plan for that ‘me time,’ which could be anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours, depending on what you need.

On Sunday morning we will gather one more time (10-11 a.m. ET, find your local time) to share our experiences, celebrate what we’ve created together and wrap up our retreat in a really beautiful way.

If I can't attend the Zoom calls, will there be a replay?

No, this is a live event that focuses on real-time interaction, storytelling, sharing and explanation.

Can I participate if I live outside of the United States?

Sure, we would love to have you! Please check your local time for the Saturday morning and Sunday morning Zoom calls to be sure you can attend. Unfortunately, I will not be able to ship your retreat materials in time, so I will send you a printable PDF of your workbook, along with a supply list so you can gather items on your own. If you live outside the U.S. please email me before registering so that I can send you a discount code to account for this difference!

Can I invite my mother / sister / BFF?

Of course! In fact, if you register two attendees at once (select the double ticket option), you'll each get $5 off your ticket! Just be sure to include the name, email and mailing address of your +1 in the form when you check out so they'll receive the retreat materials, workbook and Zoom links!

What happens after I sign up?

Once you click the final button, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all of the details you submitted. The week of the retreat I’ll send you a tracking number for your retreat materials package—be sure to check your mailbox! A day or two before the event, I’ll send you an email with the Zoom links and instructions for our day together.

Can I get a refund if I cannot complete the program?

Due to the nature of this program, there will be no refunds given—full or partial—at any time. Think of it like buying a ticket to your favorite live concert—you’re purchasing a seat in that arena, whether you show up or not.

What if my question isn’t answered here?

If you still have questions you’d like to ask me send me an email, and I’ll respond in 48 hours or less!
